From May 1st, 2026 : New Opening Hours

Since our opening on November 8, 2024, Maison Julien has been open from Wednesday to Sunday.

We have followed this rhythm until now. However, as we are only three — Yuri, the Chef, and Fuji-chan for the welcome — to manage all services, while operating continuously from lunch to dinner, we have decided to adjust our organization.

Starting May 1, 2026, Maison Julien will be open from Thursday to Sunday, and tea time will be suspended.

This new rhythm will allow us to take better care of the garden and the space, to continue innovating, to preserve the creativity of our cuisine, to maintain a simple and relaxed welcome, and to give the Chef time to pursue his writing work.

This decision is fully aligned with the Art de Vivre that our place embodies.
