Melissa’s Departure

his morning, Mélissa — who came from France in March 2025 to help create Maison Julien’s menus and boost our communication — left with a heavy heart.
In September, she will enter the prestigious Ferrandi School in Paris for a two-year diploma in cuisine and pastry.
Her dream: to return to Miyazu to create and lead, with us, new places of happiness.
Maison Julien is only the beginning.
In Miyazu, gastronomy is a wide-open field: a select shop grocery, a wine bar, a crêperie, a true French bakery, a pizzeria with home delivery, a French-style market…
The possibilities are endless, and the whole town is waiting for something to wake it from its slumber.
